The Emerald Coast has been a home for many years for brothers Mughis and Mohammed Chaudhry, the principals of BluScape Homes. Their early years were spent in Panama City Beach, Florida, before attending universities in Central and South Florida.
Mughis attended University of Central Florida, where he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance in 1992. After graduating he took an entrepreneurial route and built a portfolio of various businesses and simultaneously obtained his MBA. Mohammed earned his Bachelor's degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Following his graduation, he gained experience in high-rise luxury condominium and commercial construction while working for a large commercial general contractor in south Florida. Read more >>
From there, the brothers started building their now 20 years of experience in the luxury real estate development industry spanning from Miami to Panama City Beach, Florida. They began by forming a real estate development company in Central Florida for a multitude of residential and commercial building projects.
Expanding their developments to the panhandle of Florida, BluScape Construction Group was formed in 2016 to build the increasing number of new construction projects.
Today, their newest luxury lifestyle developments include the Preserve at Inlet Beach and Shorewalk, both of which locations were carefully selected for their exceptional proximity to the beaches and other amenities unique to this area.
